Natural stone paver thickness range from 20mm to 60mm, and can be cut in any combination of size.

Along with Australian stone BEST now offer Italian Stone including Travertine, Basalt, and Serena Sandstone.

Travertine

Travertine is a crystalline form of calcium carbonate resulting from spring or river deposits.  First used by the Romans over 2000 years ago, this stone is characterised by surface pits and holes.

BEST Bricks & Pavers are currently importing Travertine tiles from two regions in Italy. The Travertine Bianco originates from the Ascoli region, and the Travertine Oro originates from a quarry near Rome. Both are high quality products that represent the best Travertine available around the word. 

The travertine is available in Sawn, Honed and Honed & Filled finish.

Basalt

A hard and dense fine-grained igneous rock generally formed from volcanic lava flows.  It is made up of minute crystals barely visible to the naked eye.

Available in Sawn, Honed & Filled, and Weathered finish.

Serena Sandstone

A coarse-grained sedimentary rock formed by compressed sand deposited by water and wind.  This stone is hard yet porous.

Available in Sawn, and Weathered finish.
